Shipping
All items shipped within the United States include free shipping. Items are shipped via United States Postal Service first class mail or UPS.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
I am not responsible for damage that may occur during shipping, though I will package items as securely as I can.
If an order has tracking information and the tracking update says “delivered,” I am not responsible for any missing or stolen items after delivery. Please contact the carrier (USPS or UPS) and/or neighbors to see if the order was accidentally delivered to a different address.
Returns/Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship the items back within 30 days of delivery.
I don't accept order cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
I don’t accept returns on commissioned paintings due to the customized nature of these items, but please contact me if you have any problems with the final product.
Conditions of return/Exchange
Buyers are responsible for return and/or exchange shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
